Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on udupisugandha.com, operated by Udupi Sugandha (a social enterprise in collaboration with We Care Society and the District Administration of Udupi).

How an order is confirmed

1. You place your order on our website with your delivery address.
2. You pay securely through Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.
3. As soon as the payment succeeds, your order is confirmed by email and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Karnataka.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. They also appear on your order page.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only. For international or bulk orders, please write to us.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the courier’s re-shipping charge may apply.
