udupisugandha.com is operated by Udupi Sugandha (a social enterprise in collaboration with We Care Society and the District Administration of Udupi), Navunda village, Kundapura, Udupi, Karnataka, India.

Products

• Udupi Sugandha aroma sticks and their Channapatna wooden boxes and holders are handmade. Colours, grain and finish may vary slightly from the photographs.
• Aroma sticks are for burning in a well-ventilated room. Never leave a lit stick unattended, keep away from children, pets and anything flammable, and always use the holder.
• Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not medical claims.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for an order will not change.

Orders and payment

• Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay, by UPI, credit or debit card, netbanking or wallet. Your order is accepted once the payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation.
• Your payment details are handled by Razorpay and never reach or are stored by us.
• We will never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP. If someone claiming to be Udupi Sugandha does, please do not share them and let us know at contact@udupisugandha.com.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your address). Any payment already made is refunded in full.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

The Udupi Sugandha name, logo, monogram, photographs, illustrations and text on this website belong to us or our partners and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udupi, Karnataka.
