Women in Udupi Sugandha aprons hand-rolling aroma sticks

Every day, Udupi's temples are filled with flowers offered in devotion. We collect them, and the women of Navunda give them a new life.

Flowers that adorned the Gods of Udupi are collected from the temples with devotion and brought to our Navunda facility, where they are traditionally processed by rural women.

Hand-rolled @ Udupi

Every aroma stick is made at our own facility in Navunda village, Kundapura, Udupi, providing employment to rural women. The initiative empowers them with the skills to become confident entrepreneurs, and it is led entirely by women, bringing rural talent into the mainstream.

In collaboration

Udupi Sugandha is made in collaboration with We Care Society and the District Administration of Udupi.

Sustainable Diwali gifts are handmade from natural materials, packed without plastic, and meant to be used or kept rather than thrown away.
